Luxury Hotel Proposed Two Blocks from Streetcar Line

Posted on

The Enquirer is reporting the Phelps building could be converted into a luxury, extended stay hotel.  Located in the southeast corner of Downtown, the new hotel would be two blocks away from the Cincinnati Streetcar, which would allow the guest of the hotel to easily travel between Downtown, Over-the-Rhine, Clifton Heights University Heights Fairview, Corryville, Mt. Auburn, Clifton and Avondale.

It just keeps getting better and better.
Remember all the naysayers who said redoing Fountain Square would change nothing exceot it changed everything?
Streetcar is gonna be the same isn’t it.

Friendly correction: Using your map above, I count 3 blocks to the line, and 4 blocks to a stop.
