It’s located at UC’s front door, with direct access to the planned Cincinnati Streetcar transit system, which is “hugely important to Cincinnati and our Young Professional population, who want to be linked to the city’s historic neighborhoods and downtown attractions.”

    Its easy people, follow the money. See how many streetcar proponents have property and investments in the streetcar route. (isn’t a streetcar just a fancy, expensive bus)
